The second a property comes on the Realtors MLS system we will contact you by E-mail to inform you that a property is available that fits your buying requirements. We will provide you with all the information off of the MLS including addresses, taxes, pictures, and more.
If you are a serious, qualified buyer and are not already working with another Realtor; simply give us the details of your house search criteria is and we will build a system that will automatically check the Realtors MLS for new listings matching your criteria every time a new listing hits the Realtors system.
To sign up simply fill out the form below. Be careful of what you input as the system will only let you know about listings within your parameters. For example - if you put in a price range of between $250,000 and $260,000 you will not be notified if a new listing comes out that is $261,000.
