The Jamison Team Discreet Buyers Service is designed to provide you your own private access to all the information on the MLS. It is designed for those who are just starting out or those who are not ready to work with a Realtor.
This search differs from the MLS search in that it offers a continual feed of new listings directly to your email.
Once you sign up you will receive and E-mails of your own private Real Estate home search. On it will be all the current listings that match your search criteria including:
- Property Address
- Taxes
- Room Sizes
- Lot Size
- Days on Market
- All the pictures on the MLS
- and much, much more.

Once we have set up the initial search and sent you the current listings the system will send you an E-mail the every time a new listing that matches your search criteria comes on the Realtors MLS, not the public mls. This way you get the "first right of refusal".

If you are a serious, qualified buyer and are not already working with another Realtor; simply give us the details of your house search criteria is and we will build a system that will automatically check the Realtors MLS for new listings matching your criteria every time a new listing hits the Realtors system.

Be careful of what you input as the system will only let you know about listings within your parameters. For example - if you put in a price range of between $250,000 and $260,000 you will not be notified if a new listing comes out that is $261,000.
